Our inner selves—our Antaratma—often recognise a simple truth: the choices we make every day shape the world around us.
Antaratma was born from a desire to act on that understanding. What began as an effort to create clothing more responsibly has evolved into something larger—a journey towards mindful living and conscious consumption.
As the first initiative under Antaratma Lifestyle Private Limited, the brand represents a step towards encouraging meaningful behavioural change, beginning with ourselves. While sustainably crafted, long-lasting, and functional apparel remains at its core, Antaratma aspires to be much more than a clothing label.
We hope to inspire a slower, kinder, and more intentional way of living—one rooted in respect for ourselves, our fellow beings, and the natural world that sustains us.
Above all, we invite people to look within, ask meaningful questions, make thoughtful choices, and embrace the small actions that, collectively, create lasting change.

OUR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Our commitment to conscious creation extends beyond the garments themselves.
From sourcing and stitching to packaging and delivery, we strive to make choices that are thoughtful, responsible, and aligned with our values. Packaging, in particular, plays a significant role in the experience of receiving an Antaratma garment. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a sense of anticipation and delight, while remaining mindful of its impact on the environment.
Our packaging is 100 percent sustainable and biodegradable. Our hang tags are made using seed paper and are tied to the garment using coir threads. Every customer can give life to a Basil plant by using our seed paper hang tags.
The wrapping tissues we use are made using acid-free papers, printed with Soy ink, and are completely degradable. The thank you card we place in the box is normal, 100% degradable paper.
Our garment box is made of recycled hard paper and printed using a single-colour eco-friendly dye.
The fashion industry generates significant waste, much of it long before a garment reaches a wardrobe. At Antaratma, we make a conscious effort to reduce this wherever possible.
Fabric remnants produced during our manufacturing process are carefully collected and preserved for future use. These materials are repurposed into useful products such as carry bags and cushion covers, extending the life of resources that might otherwise be discarded.
Our vision for circularity extends beyond production. As we grow, we hope to collaborate with like-minded organisations and innovators to create pathways for repairing, reselling, repurposing, and upcycling garments, ensuring that clothing remains in use for as long as possible.
Because sustainability is not only about how something is made, but also about what happens after it is worn.
