RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
IMPORTANT: LIMITED COLLECTION POLICY
The garments currently available on our website belong to a limited collection produced in small quantities.
As many of these pieces will not be reproduced, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.
We therefore encourage you to review garment measurements, product details, fabric information, and sizing recommendations carefully before making a purchase.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
While every Antaratma garment undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please write to us at heyantaratma@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with photographs clearly showing the issue.
Once we review and verify the concern, we will do our best to offer a replacement. In case the same product is no longer available, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or store credit at our discretion.
Please note that slight colour variations arising from screen settings, natural characteristics of fabrics, variations in weave, texture, or dyeing processes shall not be considered defects.
FUTURE COLLECTIONS
The policy below applies to future Antaratma collections unless otherwise stated on the respective product pages.
What is your return policy?
We believe thoughtful decisions deserve time.
That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible orders shipped within India.
If the product is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I know if my order is eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unwashed.

All tags must remain attached.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Products returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please write to:
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup wherever possible. If a pickup cannot be arranged, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
What if I need a different size?
You may request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
If your preferred size is available, we will arrange an exchange.
If it is unavailable, we will either:

Manufacture one for you and provide an estimated timeline, or

Offer store credit equivalent to the value of the product.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at heyantaratma@gmail.com with photographs and details of the issue.
We will review the matter and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Please note that natural variations in texture, weave, colour, or finish are inherent characteristics of many natural and responsibly processed fabrics and should not be considered defects.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:

How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled until they have been collected by our delivery partners.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, where applicable, it may still qualify for return under the return policy outlined above.

Every return involves additional transportation, packaging, and resources. While we are always happy to assist when something isn't right, we encourage mindful purchasing whenever possible.
