30-day return policy for orders shipped within India.
A fortnight is too short in this era that rewards speed, right? We get it.
What does this mean to me?
At Antaratma, we encourage taking things slow, and hence, we offer a 30-day return policy. Take your time to inspect the product. If you did not fall in love with it at the first glance, take enough time to give it a few more glances.
Still not liking it? You can request a return within 30 days from receiving your item. As of now, we offer returns/exchanges only to orders shipped within India.
As a slow fashion brand with sustainability at our very core, we try our best to ensure our carbon footprint is minimal. We pay immense attention to crafting each and every product, and we have multiple quality control measures in place. We urge you to help us keep our carbon footprint minimal by choosing products mindfully.
How do I check eligibility for returns/exchanges?
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be in the same condition as you received it - unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with the tags in place. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a pickup. If at all we are not able to, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions on where to ship it to. Please ensure you request a return before sending items back to us. We won't be able to accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Online shopping is not yet the smoothest experience, we realise. We try our best to make the experience as breezy as possible for you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if I only need to change the size?
You can raise a request for a change of size of the product you ordered within 15 days of receiving your order. In case we do not have your desired size in stock, we will let you know how long we will take to make one. Just in case, for whatever reasons, that is not possible, we will provide you a voucher of the equivalent amount with which you can shop a different product.

What do I do in case I receive a defective product?
Chances of you receiving a defective product are miniscule. Please inspect the product as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you find it defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Do note that there could be slight colour variations from what you have seen on the website, depending on the device you viewed it on. Since we (mostly) use natural fibres, dyed naturally and/or without harmful chemicals, you may perceive natural texture as defects.

What are the exceptions / non-returnable products?
We cannot accept returns for customised products since these are made-to-measure to the measurements you provide. Products that you purchase during a sale or using gift cards, unfortunately, cannot be returned either.
What about refunds?
Once we’ve received and inspected the product you returned, we will let you know when the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It should be done within 7-10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Just in case the refund is not approved, we will let you know, in detail, why.
Can I cancel my order?
Once collected by our delivery partners, we will not be able to cancel your orders. In such cases, you can cancel the orders after you receive the product. We will refund your money within 7-10 working days for all accepted cancellations.
