The word Antaratma comes from Sanskrit and means ‘The Inner Self’ or ‘The Inner Soul’.
It is derived from two words—Antah, meaning ‘within’, and Atman, meaning ‘the self’ or ‘the soul’. The name reflects a belief that has guided Antaratma from the very beginning: that the answers we seek outside often begin with a deeper understanding of what lies within.
Our logo was created to express this philosophy.
At its heart lies the idea of Aham Brahmasmi—a profound realisation from ancient Indian thought that the individual self is not separate from the greater whole. It is an understanding that nature, humanity, and all forms of life are interconnected expressions of the same universal existence.
In a world that often encourages separation, ownership, and excess, this reminds us that we are not apart from nature; we are a part of it.
The Antaratma logo brings together six elements that symbolise this connection.

The Arch forms what we call the Soul Window—a symbolic opening through which we observe ourselves and the world around us. It represents awareness, reflection, and the ability to see beyond the surface.

The Sun represents the source of energy that sustains all life. It also takes the form of an eye—curious, observant, and constantly learning. Its rays symbolise light, vision, and enlightenment, illuminating both the world around us and the understanding within.

The Waves represent both wind and water—the forces that nurture, soothe, and sustain life. They also symbolise movement, balance, and the natural rhythms that restore harmony when things fall out of alignment.

The concentric circular forms are an abstract interpretation of the Tree of Life. They represent growth, wisdom, renewal, and the delicate balance that exists within nature's interconnected systems.

Created from an arrangement of leaves, the Flower symbolises new beginnings, regeneration, and beauty emerging through renewal. It serves as a reminder that nature continuously transforms and reinvents itself.

The Antaratma wordmark brings warmth and emotion to the identity. It reflects the human touch behind every garment and embodies the serene, confident, and mindful spirit that defines the brand.

At the centre of the letter ‘A’ is a thread-like element that symbolises the invisible connection between all living beings. It also represents the stories woven into every Antaratma creation—stories of craftsmanship, intention, and conscious living.
